DESCRIPTION:
Data being filed is too long for the field. Specifically, this occurs when data of the wrong length is being filed in a $Extract (Em,n) field.
TEXT:

PARAMETERS:
'1' means Field name.
'2' means File name.
'FIELD' means Field number. (external only).
'FILE' means File number. (external only).
