You can use this routine to invoke the Form Editor from programmer mode.
NOTE: You can also reach the Form Editor through the FileMan menu options. On the VA FileMan menu, select "Other Options," "ScreenMan," and "Edit/Create a Form." The Form Editor is described in detail in the "Form Editor" chapter.
