$$B64ENCD^XUSHSH: Returns Base64 Encoded Value for a String Entry

Description

This extrinsic function returns the Base64 encoded value for a string entry. Base64 is a binary-to-text encoding scheme that represents binary data in an ASCII string format by translating it into a radix-64 representation. Base64 encoding is commonly used when there is a need to encode binary data that needs to be stored and transferred over media that is designed to deal with textual data.

NOTE: This API was released with Kernel patch XU*8.0*655.

Output Parameters: returns: Base64 encoded value of the input parameter.
