This API is used during KIDS installations. It outputs a message string to the installation device. A message is also recorded in INSTALL file (#9.7) entry for the installation. It is similar to the MES^XPDUTL(): Output a Message API, except that it outputs a blank line before it outputs the message, and it doesn't take arrays.
