F4^XUAF4(): Institution Data for a Station Number

Description

This API returns the Internal Entry Number (IEN) and other institution data, including historical information, for a given STATION NUMBER (#99) in the INSTITUTION file (#4).

Format

  F4^XUFA4(sta,[.]array[,flag][,date])

Input Parameters

sta:

(required) Station Number.
[.]array:

(required) $NAME reference for return values.
flag:

(optional) Flags that represent the Station Number Status. Possible values are:

  • A—Active entries only.

  • M—Medical treating facilities only.
date:

(optional) Return name on this VA FileMan internal date.
