HASH^XUSHSHP(): Hash Electronic Signature Code

Description

This API uses as input the text string (signature) entered by the user. The routine then hashes the string. The hashed result can then be used to verify the user's identity by comparison with the stored electronic signature code (in the NEW PERSON file [#200]).

(required) Electronic Signature code as entered by the user.

Output Parameters

x:

Hashed form of the electronic signature code submitted as input to function.
