$$MAX^XLFMTH(): Maximum of Two Numbers

Description

This extrinsic function returns the maximum value by comparing the number in x with the number in y.

Format

  $$MAX^XLFMTH(x,y)

Input Parameters

x:

(required) First number to compare with second number in y to determine which is higher in value.

y:

(required) Second number to compare with first number in x to determine which is higher in value.

Output

returns:

Returns the highest number.

Example
