The Form Editor, described in its own chapter, provides sophisticated tools for creating new forms and editing existing ones. The Form Editor facilitates the composition process from the initial design through editing and completion. It allows you to place blocks and fields wherever you wish on the screen and later to select and drag them to new positions. In addition to allowing you to experiment with the "look" of the screen, the Form Editor eases the process of positioning pop-up pages, blocks, captions, and edit windows.
