RECIPURG^XQALBUTL(): Purge User Alerts

Description

The RECIPURG^XQALBUTL API deletes all alerts that have been sent to the user in the NEW PERSON (#200) file, as indicated by the duz parameter.

duz:

(required) Internal Entry Number (IEN in the NEW PERSON [#200] file) of the user for whom received alerts are deleted.
