SETNM^%ZOSV(): Set VMS Process Name: Parameter Passing (Caché/OpenVMS Systems)

Description

The SETNM^%ZOSV API sets the VMS process name. It only has meaning on Caché/OpenVMS systems; otherwise, it just quits. It is the parameter-passing version of the SETENV^%ZOSV: Set VMS Process Name (Caché/OpenVMS Systems) API.
